The Career-Ready with CTMA program is designed to help more people increase their skills for great job opportunities in the precision metal working sector, which includes machining, tool & die making, mould making, jig & fixture building, automation/robotics, additive manufacturing, and other related businesses.

This very successful program will support Experiential Work Placements for new apprentices, high school students/graduates, workers who have been displaced due to the pandemic, post-secondary graduates/co-op students, and existing employees being upskilled for a new position.

We will discuss how employers could receive up to $5,000 per placement and how candidates can receive practical workplace skills and experience!
